HARMS: Savage River Dam Campaign seeks to remove an agricultural irrigation dam on the Rogue River of Oregon, and to abrogate farmers' water rights. 1998 budget spent on this project was $40,993. Other projects similarly harm the water and property rights of farmers, businesses, homeowners, and the budgets of county governments.

Approximately 53% of Water Watch's 1998 revenue was provided by four grantors. This group is highly grant driven.
